I used to think that why don’t the hosts in the Westworld get bored of doing stuff that’s mostly repetitive. Yes, it’s a thrilling place with all the different stuff you can do, but still, it’s a little hard to believe.
But now, I just realized that I watched the whole season just to find out the answer to William’s quest. In the very same way, he was also looking for an answer to question of whether the hosts were conscious or not? and it took him 30yrs of his life to arrive at the answer. This is the extent to which the park is addictive to a host.
Everyone out there, is on a quest to find something deeper. It isn’t just an escape route from one’s real life, but a game designed to keep you invested till your very end. It’s addictive!
